Colour and quality selection of granite blocks in different quarries

Selected stone blocks are transported to factory and are stored in open yard
|

Particular stone is selected according to the specifications of the customers and then
dressed on the Diamond Wire saw Machine and then placed on trolley with the help of Gantry Crane
|

Stones blocks are marked according to the need and
Are placed under Gang saw granite machine for Slab cutting
|

|
Granite Slabs are Trimmed on the Granite Trimming Machine
|
|
|
Inspection for thickness
|
|
|
The Trimmed Slabs are Epoxy Coated under the Resin Treating Plant
|
|
|
Epoxy coated Granite slabs are then fed to the polishing Machine for polishing
|
|
|
Polished slabs are then cut to proper dimension by edge cutting machine
|

|
Inspection for proper dimension
|
|
|
Then it is fed to Edge Polishing Machine for the required shape.

Inspection for the proper shape and dimension

|
|
Then the slabs are hand-polished on the curve edge of the slab.

Inspection for proper finish
|

|
Bifurcation of finished slabs of different sizes and colours

Finished slabs are packed according to the customers'
specifications and drawing if any, with Cushion materials

Inspection

|
|
Packed materials are then sent to despatch section and then despatched.
